Hong Kong restaurateur Pirata Group has launched a neighborhood supply line called Pirata Mart.
Over the next few weeks, chefs will prepare what the company describes as a gourmet feast menu, with dishes and groceries available to take out or take out at select restaurants.
The limited-time take-out menu called Pirata Feast is also available for customers who wish to enjoy the late-night dining experience at home, as restaurants must close at 6 p.m. daily due to government food safety regulations. social distancing. Customers can pick up their orders at a specific restaurant in Soho (Meats), Sheung Wan (Honjo) or Hennessy Road (The Optimist).
The group has also opened an Italian restaurant in Taikoo called La Favorita which will offer take-out lunch menus and a selection of house dishes.
Manuel Palacio, co-founder and CEO of Pirata Group, said: “We know that grocery stores are absolutely crazy right now and many, including restaurants, supermarkets are adjusting their opening hours and closing earlier.
“We try to make it as easy as possible for our customers to get food and be able to restock,” he said.
The Pirata Feast takeout menu is available daily from 6:00 a.m. to 7:30 p.m. while La Favorita lunch is available to take out Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.
