DFI Retail Group has extended its Yuu loyalty program to an online shopping platform called “Yuu To Me”.
Just over two years after its launch, the program – which operates in several retail chains linked to Dairy Farm Group and others – has built up a database of 4 million members in Hong Kong.
Now, Yuu has been extended to integrate a new e-commerce platform offering over 30,000 fresh produce and groceries from various retailers including Wellcome, Market Place, Mannings and 7-Eleven, while connecting to online sites of Ikea, KFC, Pizza Hut, Maxim’s Cakes and Arome Bakery. Hong Kong customers can now have their orders delivered within a day and earn Yuu Points from a single app.
DFI Digital CEO Johnny Wong said the launch will further enhance the O2O experience for customers.
“In order to best meet the needs of our customers, we will therefore continue to develop the ‘Yuuinverse’ with our trusted partners and provide the freshest possible items with unprecedented convenience, allowing members to shop when and as they wish,” Wong added.
Launched in 2020, Yuu has now rewarded its members with approximately 130 billion points with over 80 billion points redeemed. Through the Points Sharing feature, DFI Retail Group and Yuu members have together donated over 650 million Points to the two non-profit organizations Foodlink and Helping Hand, providing much-needed support to local communities.
